• How much is the application fee?  $75.00 per all occupants 18+.
• How do I pay rent? Rent can be paid online or in person at our office with a money order or cashiers check. 
• What date is my rent due? Rent is due the date the lease is signed.
• How much is a pet deposit? $250 per pet. 
• Is there a monthly pet fee? No. 
• Am I required to have renters insurance? Yes.
